OPENING OF REICHSTAG

Though it was generally understood that they would be excluded, if they attended, 121 Socialist -deputies decided to boycott the opening of the Reichstag on March 21.
The Bavarian Premier, Herr Held, nas resigned and General yon Epp takes the Premiership.
