Advice by cablegram, dated New York March 15, has been, received by a large financial concern from its' New York agents in which it is stated that "the reopened banks are in a strong position, and the possibility of failure has now been eliminated by proposed drastic reduction in Government expenses, the widespread attack on unemployment, and by a building programme financed through bond issues."
