WARNER'S LAST MESSAGE

At a farewell gathering, held by the New South Wales Cricket Association, Warner, Palairet, and Jardino wero handed souvenirs of their visit in the shape of large cigarette-boxes of Australian polished wood, adorned with appropriate emblems.

Jardine, in a happy acknowledgment, said that he regarded tho gifts more as a tribute 'to the great side he had been privileged to lead. He added that the visits of Australian cricketers to England wero always most welcome.
