INTENDING PASSENGERS

BLENHEIM, This Day.
It is now definite that, weather permitting; the Southern Cross will take offl from Ninety Mile Beach on March 26 on her return, flight, to Australia. Mr. J. Pereival, the Sydney journalist, will not make the return trip across the Tasman; his place will be taken by Mr. H. M. McKay, of Dunedin. Mr. J. T. Pettybridge, of Sir Charles Kingsford Smith's own ■ staff, will occupy the other passenger seat.
The monoplane put in a busy 'day here, the flights including a visit to Nelson, in which the machine circled the city, but did not land.
