STOCK EXCHANGE TOO
United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Eeceived March 15, 11 a.m.) NEW YORK, March 14. At least a thousand banking institutions throughout the United States reopened for normal business on Tuesday under Federal and State licences. Three hundred and forty opened on Monday and many more will resume on Wednesday. Many other banks are operating under restrictions pending approval by, State and Federal .agencies. The Stock Exchange on Tuesday directed all members to bo ready to resume business on Wednesday. It is definitely announced that the Stock Exchange will then reopen. Certain restrictions will remain in force.
