TTnitcd Kingdom Chamber of Shipping today passed a resolution expressing. itself in full, accord with the policy of the Government in nsing the forthcoming World Economic Conference to promote the re-establishment of world trade prosperity and urging the need of a '.'final settlement of war debts and restoration' of international credit, the removal of all restriction on inter-1 national trade, including prohibitions, quotas, arid exchange restriction, and! all forms of flag discrimination, includ- j ing subsidies vi the world market, removal or modification of protective tariffs, and the taking of all such other steps as may help to restore the flow] of international trade, based on exchange.of commodities." '
