DEHORNING BILL
The Agricultural and' Pastoral Committee of the House of Eepresentatives has, amended the Dehorning of Cattle Bill so as to permit the driving of cattle to slaughtering places without their being dehorned. Except for that provision, the Committee yesterday that the Bill be allowed to proceed.
