LITTLE GIRL DROWNED

INVEKCARGILL, 15th January. A verdictl of accidental drowning was returned at an inquest on Daphne Winter, aged six, who was drowned while rowing on tha Mataura Biver on New Year's Day with her father, Mr. James Winter, of Menzies Ferry. The body was found a week later.
