Private cabled advice received at Auckland from Vila, New Hebrides, states that at a nautical inquiry; held regarding the wreck of the Melariesian. Mission's new motor-ship Southern Cross, the master and officers were exonerated. ' The advice adds that all are well. "The time is ripe!" The season, too, The months for timely care are due.
