The annual report of the Mosgiel Woollen Company shows satisfactory-operations notwithstanding the depressed market. After the payment on Gth April of an interim dividend which absorbed £3815, the provision of £3000 for depreciation, and the transfer of £2000 to the reserve fund, there remains a balance of £15.768, which the directors recommend should be disposed of by the payment of a final dividend of £ per cent, and a bonus of 2 per cent., absorbing £5722, and making 10 per cent, for the year, and carrying forward £10,045.
