OFF TO GENEVA
HENDERSON AND SIMON
(British Official x RUGBY, 17th September. Mr. Arthur Henderson, President of the World Disarmament Conference, will leave for Geneva to-morrow afternoon to attend the meeting" next week of the Bureau .of Conference. Sir John Simon, who will head the British Delegation at the meeting, leaves London for.Geneva by air on Tuesday. ■
