PROSPECTS OF MORENA
Moreua, one of the lightly-weighted division in the Grand National Hurdle Race, is at tha head of the field set down to oontest the Hadlow Hack and Hunters' Hurdles at Washdyke to-morrow. This son of Bisogne has only been once out of a place in his last half dozen starts. He won the Tekapo Hurdles at South Canterbury in April, annexed the June Hurdles atthe Dunedin Winter Meeting, ran unplaced in the Otago Hurdle Race, losing his rider at the first fence, and was second in the Greenfield Hurdles at the Bam 2 fix, ture- He won the Pukaki Hurdles at South Canterbury a little la.ter and also scored in the Hinds Hurdles at Ashburton,, which was his last start. With 11.5 to-morrow he will have,to be considered, f6r it is stated that he has been working well recently. ' ,
