LANDLORD AND TENANT
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, This Day. The .1737 Act quoted in the Wellington rent case telegraphed by the Press Association was a factor last year in. a Duuedin case in which property had been removed from a theatre vacated, by tenants in arrear. This dispute was settled without resort to the Court, the effect of the old Act being accepted.
