Mr. v Scan O 'Kelly, leader of the delegation, emphasises' that this is purely a commercial conference and therefore it is generally believed that the Irishmen will support the conference's 'inessago of loyalty and stand up daring tho singing of the National Anthem, thus' avoiding unpleasant incidents.
