RAJD ON TOBACCONIST

AUCKLAND, 20th July.
When detectives walked'into the premises of Harty; Clifton Sallery, hairdresser and tobacconist,-this morning, they found him sitting at a-table with betting material about him.
Later: Sallery: appeared before Mr. McKean; S.M., -arid, pleaded guilty to a charge of using his premises as a common gaming ionse. He was fined £100.
