"Mr/Treanor. was sti>uck on the-side of the head by a shaft of the cart, which pierced the windscreen of the car. He received terrible injuries and died-ten minutes after his admission to the hospital.- The car was badly damaged, but the cart and horse escaped injury. ■ .
