The English Rugby League team suffered the first defeat of its tour to-day when it met Brisbane.
Tackling, passing, and kicking like champions, the Brisbane representatives held the visitors. The score was 15-all when a last-minute score by Jones clinched the win at 18-15.
For Brisbane, Park, Neumann (2), ana Jones scored, liqekie kicked two goals and Hogan' one.'For England, Ellaby, Woods, and Davies scored ana Hodgson kicked three goals. , ■
