The Town Clerk (Mr. C. L. Bishop) reDorted that in April the ferry traffic receipts were £250 lower than in April last year. A fall of over £100 in season tickets and £100 in ordinary traffic largely accounted for the loss. In the bus department a decrease in revenue of over £300 was shown. Most of 'the loss, like that of the ferries, was because of the times, but a small portion was no doubt due to the shifting of the Wellington terminus from Mercer street to Lambton. ■
