LORD BLEDI3LOE PAYS TRIBUTE A tribute to the late Sir Horace Plunkett is paid by the Governor-Gen-eral, Lord Bledifiloe, in a message he has dispatched to the editor of the "Times," London, for publication in that journal. His Excellency's message is as follows:—' By the death of my old friend, Sir Horace Plunkett, the world has lost its most far-sighted and constructive agriculturist. New Zealand, among other countries, has profited greatly by his economic Tvisdom, and will join the Mother Country and his own much-loved native land in mourning his loss.
