TRANSPORT OF MEAT
NEW ZEALAND EXPERIMENT
(Received Bth February, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, 7th February.
The first shipments of meat by the vacuum process, displacing the freezing of meat, with which New Zealand is experimenting, have arrived in London. An official says that the tests are insufficient to give absolute proof. "We hope to know rSore by the Industries Fair on 23rd February, when we shall be exhibiting the results."
