When inquiry was made at the Unemployment Board this afternoon it was stated that the scheme mentioned in the Tauranga telegram does not apply to the whole "of the Dominion, being made applicable to certain districts to meet special local conditions. In Eotorua men are required to work a full week in order to obtain their relief pay, and that stipulation has been extended to other districts in tho Bay of Plenty. J
