ALLEGED INTIMIDATION
A charge of using intimidating-words at Ilataitai was made against William O'Keilly, before' Mr. T. B. McNeil, S.M., at the Police Court..on: Saturday. O'Reilly was also charged with wrongfully and without legal authority intimidating certain persons at Ilataitai to vote when they had.a legal right to abstain from so doing. On the application of Detective-Ser-geant Eovell the accused was remanded until 6th February. He was admitted to bail on a bond of £20, with one surety of £20. '■
