A charge of using intimidating-words at Ilataitai was made against William O'Keilly, before' Mr. T. B. McNeil, S.M., at the Police Court..on: Saturday. O'Reilly was also charged with wrongfully and without legal authority intimidating certain persons at Ilataitai to vote when they had.a legal right to abstain from so doing.
