The general monthly meeting of the Wellington Merchant Service Guild will be held to-morrow at 10 a.m. THE GRACE HARWAR. The Finnish full-rigged chip Grace Harwar, the arrival of which from Seychelles Islands is awaited with interest in Auckland, was sighted on. Tuesday evening by the motor-ship Otaio about 170 mile 3 scuth-west of Cape Maria Vaji Diemen. The Grace Harwar, which will be the Br3t "wind-jammer" to have visited Auckland for over three years, has about 3000 tons of phosphates for Auckland. She is a steel vessel of 1816 tons gross and was built at Port Glasgow by Messrs. W. Hamilton and Company in ISB9. When sighted by the Otaio at 6.45 on Tuesday evening die Grace Harwar was hull down on the' horizon about ten miles to the south-east.' She was standing to the northward and heading for Cape Maria Van Diemen with all sails set, and providing the wind is favourable she should have arrived at. Auckland during the week-end. At the lime she was seen by the Otaio the wind was moderate from the west, but after rounding Cape Maria the motorship met with a stiff southerly down the coast which would delay the Grace Harwar.
