PETONE COURT
Traffic cases in the Petone Court were dealt with by Messrs. A. Anderson and O. D. M'Ewen, J.l'.'s., yesterday. For exceeding 25 miles an hour in the borough F.. M. Litchlield, A. L. Smith, B. F.ailo, and E. R. Wimselt were each fined 10s, and ltohnrlson Meadows, M. J. Piper, 0. W. Bowling, Gcor.se F. Mandel, ,T. Moiie. and E. Shaw each £1. On a similar charge T. A. Devery was convicted and orderod to pay costs only, .10s.
A. J. Peck was lined 10k .for crossing a railway line when it was not clear.
.11. M'K. M'Vckc was fined XI for over taking another vehicle at an intersection
For exceeding 15 m.p.h. past a school during school hours Alfred Herbert Mawson was lined £1 aud J. T. Eolfe Markman 10s.
