WIN AGAINST UNIVERSITY (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WAIPUKURAU, 22nd August. In a brilliant game, sparkling rushes and good combination gave Te Ante College a victory of 20 points to 10 over Victoria University College. The score at half-time was 10 to 6 in University's favour, tries by Deck and Wilson bein? converted by Kuru for University andNiwa and Thompson scoring for Te Aute. The second spell was fast and open. The Te Ante score was enhanced by three successful penalty kicks by Thompson, who also converted a try scored by Niwa. The University score was unchanged.
