(By Telegraph.—Press Association;) * MASTEBTON, This Day.. Lo Sui, a Chinese fruiterer, was fined £35 this morning for having opium in his possession. The total volume of British Post Office traffic, measured in terms of revenue, increased between 1024-25 and 1929-30 by 21 per cent.—that is, from £58,579,000 to £71,189,000. During this period letters increased 10 psr cent., telephone trunk calls by 53 per cent,, and local telephone talk br. 42 pef cent,
