SYDNEY, This Day. In reply to a question, Mr. Lang admitted that he had signed the Conversion Agreement. Ho explained that the necessary legislation was to have., been introduced in the Assembly the.; following morning, but iv consequence \ of a telegram received from the Victorian Premier, tho introduction of the Bill would now be delayed.
Mr. Scullin, in the nouse of Representatives, said that the agreement had been signed by all the States with the exception of A^ictoria.
