UNITED STATES WHEAT CROPS.
WASHINGTON, 27th June.
President Hoover to-day asked the Farm Board, to reconsider its decision to sell its holding of -the 1930 wheat crop, as the result of a protest from wheat growers and farm organisations, who fear competition with the 1931 crop. The board immediately began a session to consider the President's request, which is held to be tantamount to an intimation that the board must change its policy.
