ECKENER ANNOUNCES PLAN

BERLIN, 17th June.
.Dr. Eekenei- announces that the dela^ caused by the breakdown of the Wilkins submarine will prevent their meeting at a rendezvous in the Polar regions. The Graf Zeppelin starts on.' 20th July in a first hop to Leningrad, and thence on a Polar cruise of five days. She will not attempt-to reach: thfi Pole, and upon her .retina will fly; non-stop to Brazil.
