In a gruelling, contest the twenty-four-hour European Grand Prix motorrace was won by Sir Henry Birkin driving'an Alfa/Borneo, averaging over S8 miles an hour, bcatiug Wolf Baruato's last year record. .Twenty-five started., but the majority failed to finish. |
