A remand until 17th. June was granted by Mr. T. B. M'Neil, S.M., at the Magistrate's, Copt to-day in tho enso of Leonard Walter Lain, a labourer, aged 34, wlio was charged with breaking and entering the shop, of Howard Parsons, Mercer street, and stealing money and goods of a. total value of £13 9s 6d.
