JUSTICE DELAYED
■ THE ARBITRATION COURT JUDGE'S STRONG COMMENT (By Telegraph.—l Jres3 Association.) GEEYMOTTTH, This Day. When the Arbitration Court opened hero this morning, Mr. P. J. O'Regan protested against the irregular sittings of tho Court on the Coast, it being eight months since the previous sitting. His Honour Mr. Justice X'razer agreed, and said that the Court <;ould do no more. Cases under the Compensation Act had increased by over 100 per cent, in the last five years. The protest should be scut to the Government. A leading principle of Magna Charta was: "Justice not bought, sold, or delayed." In these days justice was not bought or sold, said his Honour, but delay, in his opinion, was as serious as the buying or selling of justice.'
