ELECTING A PARLIAMENT

LONDON, 6th May.
"The Times" correspondent at Madrid states that the new Parliament will consist. of four hundred members, one representing each fifty thousand inhabitants. Priests, women, and Civil servants may be candidatas. The voting, ago is twenty-three.
The army will bo a hundred thousand men in eight divisions.
