"The Times" correspondent at Geneva says that the Carnegie Foundation has awarded the first Wateler Peace Prize, founded by a'Dutchman and valued at £2000, to Sir Eric Drummond t who, owing to his position as Secretary-General of the League of Nations, has requested the Foundation to use it to develop the League's ideal, and accordingly offered it to the International Federation of the League of Nations Associations at Brussels.
