DECLARED "BLACK"
A meeting of about 300 unemployed on Saturday1 evening passed a resolution that—"Work handed out, by the Hospital Board under the trade union rate of pay be declared black." ,It was contended by several speakers that if the men accepted Is 6d an hour it would become a general thing. A deputation was appointed to wait upon tho Hospital Board regarding the question of sustenance.
