LISTENERS' REQUEST TO GOVERNMENT
(By Telegraph .—Press Association.) , DUNJGDIN, This Day. In order to have the question of copyright fees brought to a satisfactory conclusion enabling B stations 1o come on tho air again, the New Zealand Radio Listeners' League Executive has decided to ask the Government to Undertake the payment, from listeners' fees, of a sum to bo agreed on by the Postal Department and the Performing Eights Association, payment to be made in satisfaction of the association's demands until tho expiry of the licence- for transmission at present held by tho Broadcasting Company of New Zealand.
