NEW SUPER-TAX LOOMS
(Received 26th January, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. New South Wales citizens are again threatened with additional taxation. Mr. J. M. Tully, Minister of Lands, speaking at Goulbu.rn, said that the Lang Government was in a desperate financial plight and hinted that the Ministry was considering a supertax of 50 per cent. The Premier, whon asked to confirm, the report, declined to comment.
