NO DIVIDEND.
As a result of the low prices of metals and the general financial position, tho directors of the Electrolytic Zinc Co. of Aus-. tralasia, Ltd., have decided not'to declare a dividend on ordinary shares of the company for the half-year ended 31st December last. The directors have also resolved to postpone payment of a dividend on cumulative preference, shares until. after the close of the current financial year.
