LICENSING CASE
In reserved judgment delivered at the Magistrate's Court to-day Mr. T. B. M'Neil, -S.M., convicted Frederick August Ncilson, licensee of the Dominion Hotel, and ordered him to pay costs only on a charge of selling liquor after hours. A charge of keeping open for the sale of liquor was withdrawn.
Reuben ATilson was convicted and ordered to pay costs on. a charge of aiding and abetting the.licensee in selling liquor after hours. A charge of aiding and abetting in commission of an offence against AVilson was withdrawn.
