Jnitted two thefts from lodgers' rooms at the Stonehurst Private Hotel while , boarding there. Ho also pleaded guilty ■ to a charge of obtaining money by false pretences. He was sentenced to four months' imprisonment on. the charge of false pretences, and three months' imprisonment on each of the , other two charges.
