RIVAL TAXI NAMES
{By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRIfcTCHUECH, This Day. Rival taxi firms were at law to-day when 0. 8. Trillo, proprietor of tho Gold Band Taxis, sought an injunction restraining William Dick, of tho Gold Crown Taxis, from using tho title "Gold Crown Taxis." It was claimed that the use of this title was detrimental to the plaintiff's business. Decision was reserved by his Honour Mr. Justice Adams.
