(Received 4th December, 2.30 p.m.) NEW YORK, 3rd December. John D. Rockefeller and his son,John D. Rockefeller, together havaf contributed a million dollars to tha Emergency Unemployment Fund, whiclii has now secured 4,133,000 dollars of the intended six million dollars, with; which to meet the conditions brought on by local unemployment.
