SYDNEY, 3rd December. ■ Speaking on the Address-in-Bepljj Debate in the Legislative Assembly today Mr. T. B. Bavin, Leader of thf Opposition, described Mr. J. T. Lang's request to the Governor for a large number of additional appointments t« the Legislative Council "as the most unreasonable and most senseless re« quest ever put to any Governor of any; Dominion." The Premier's actions were earning for New South Wales tha reputation of being a sort of political madhouse. Obviously he was attempt* ing to create a constitutional crisis in order to divert attention from the fact that he was unable to fulfil his preelection promises. •
