PRIVATE HOTELKEEPERS
The annual meeting of tho Wellington Private Hotelkeopors' Association was held this week, when, there was a good attendance of members. Tho following officers were elected for the ensuing year:—President, Mr. D. P. O'Reilly; vice-president, Mr. S. Edilson; committeo, Mesdamcs D. F. O'Reilly, E. Marshall, Messrs. J. R. Simpson, W. D. Smith. Several matters of interest were ■considered at the meeting, including tho responsibilities of employers under the Unemployment Act.
