THEFT OF £470
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) ' WANGANUI, .This Day. A well-known solicitor, Frank Fabian Wills, surrendered voluntarily to the police this morning, and was charged with the theft of £470, the property of William Palmer. He was remanded till 10th December, bail being fixed in his own.surety of £300 ami two oi:1 £150.
