GOVERNMENT STUDY LEAGUE OFFICIAL'S VISIT (British Official Wireless.) (Eeceived 3rd December, 11 a.m.) BUGBY, 2nd December. * A League of Nations communique announces that the Government of India has invited Sir Arthur Salter,. Director of the Economic and Financial Section of the League of Nations, to visit India in order that it may consult him. The Government's letter to the Sec-retary-General states that it has been studying plans for the creation of .some organisation for the study 'of the economic question. In this connection it has given • attention to organisations which have recently been established in other countries, and particularly to the work done by the League. The Secretary-General has arranged for Sir Arthur to pay the visit, and ho will leave for India towards the end of December. While in Inclia^ Sir Arthur Salter will discuss the development of India's collaboration in the work of the technical organisation of the League. i
