REFERENCE TO WORLD COURT
(British Official Wireless.) (Received 3rd December, 11 a.m.) BUGBY, 2nd December. Asked in the House of Commons whether he proposed to refer to the World Court the claims of British investors in the French War Loan, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Mr. Philip Snowden, stated that the whole question was still under consideration.
