Ott'enders against the bylaws were dealt with in the Magistrate's Court yesterday" by Mr. T, B. M'Neil, S.M. For driving-in a manner which might. have been dangerous to the public, Roy Hammington was fined £3. The Magistrate made an order that the conviction should be endorsed on his licence. The following fines were inflicted for similar offences:—Robert Drain, £3; Sydney 1. B. Tucker, £1 10s; Reginald Scott, £1; •Frank Morris.oll, 10s.
