COUNTY GROUNDS AND TESTS
(Received 3rd December, 1 p.m.) LONDON, 2nd December. Following on a suggestion made by Mr. Kelly, manager of the Australian cricket team, tho Board of- Control has appointed a sub-committee consisting of Mr. D. C. Robinson (Gloucestershire), Mr. W. H. Patterson (Kent), and the Rev. H. R. N. Ellison (Derbyshire) to visit county grounds and report whether they are suitable for Test matches.
