EFFECT ON MANUFACTURERS

At a meeting of the Dunedin Manufacturers ' Association it was decided to Obtain information regarding the effects on manufacturers of the proposed | changes in railway rates, and to urge the Manufacturers' Federation to have similar action taken later in other centres, and also to arrange for a round-table conference in Wellington to consider the whole question with a view to arranging a discussion with the Minister of Railways and tho Gene-, i»l Managoiv
